Q: Returns/Exchanges/Cancellations
What if I want to return, exchange, or cancel my order?
A:
Please inspect your products and try them on your baby before using. Returns or Exchanges are only accepted on unused and unwashed merchandise in its original packaging. In other words, RESALABLE product. Returns must
be made within 30 days from shipment of product and will be subject to a 10% handling/restocking fee and no reimbursement will be made of initial shipping charges.
**Please note that returns may take up to 2 weeks to process.
International Shipping is allowed an additional 10 days (40 days total) for returns. If returning one of our special offers that offered Free Shipping, the shipping will be deducted along with the re-stocking fee when the return
is processed. All returns will be processed within 3 days (72 hours of receipt).
Though we try to ensure high quality, there are times when products might slip through. Please contact us regarding defective merchandise immediately so that we can replace it.
We understand that there may be times when you need to cancel your order. If your order has not shipped, a cancellation is possible. WE WILL, HOWEVER, RETAIN THE RIGHT TO CHARGE A 5% CANCELLATION FEE to cover the costs of your transaction and refund. If your order has already shipped then you will be responsible for the return shipping and a 10% restocking fee as per above.

Currently sales tax is only charged to orders placed and shipped to Wisconsin at the rate of 5.5%.
